A few ground rules for using DriveCult. We have kept them clear and fair. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

The short version

  • Use the site fairly and buy genuine DriveCult products.
  • Our covers are custom cut, so choose the right make, model, year and variant.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and orders are prepaid.
  • Indian law applies to these terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing drivecult.in or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds policy.

2. Who can order

You should be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Our products

DriveCult body covers are custom cut to fit a specific make, model and generation. Please select your car details and Spyro edition carefully. Product photos and colors are shown as accurately as possible, but slight variation in shade or finish can occur due to screens and lighting.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are prepaid through our secure checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order in case of stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and we will refund any amount already paid.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Returns and Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The DriveCult name, logo, designs, text, graphics and images on this site belong to DriveCult and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape data, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

9. Reviews and content

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you allow us to display it in connection with our products. You are responsible for the content you share.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Our covers are designed to protect your car from dust, rain, sun and everyday exposure, but no cover can guarantee protection against every situation, including theft, accidents or extreme events. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

11. Indemnity

You agree to hold DriveCult harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
