Shipping Policy

You found the cover, now let us get it to your door. DriveCult ships across India, and shipping is on us. Here is how it works.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses across India.

2. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum cart value. The price you see is the price you pay.

3. Prepaid only

All DriveCult orders are prepaid through our secure checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery. Buying direct and prepaid is how we keep our covers factory priced instead of marking them up for COD handling.

4. Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days after your payment is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days, so an order placed just before the weekend ships on the next working day.

5. Delivery time

Once shipped, your order reaches you within 10 days at the most, depending on your city and pin code. Most orders arrive sooner.

6. Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we share a tracking link by email and SMS so you can follow it right to your door.

7. Delays beyond our control

Sometimes weather, festive rush, courier issues or other situations beyond our control can slow things down. If that happens, we will always help you track and follow up on your order.

8. Correct address

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct and complete. We cannot take responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

9. Non serviceable pin codes

In the rare case your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you and issue a full refund.
