Returns & Refunds

At DriveCult, every cover is cut for one specific car. We build each one like it is going on our own ride, and we want you to be genuinely happy with yours. Here is exactly how returns and refunds work, with no fine print games.

The short version

  • Our covers are custom cut for your exact car, so we cannot take one back just because of a change of mind or a wrong model or variant chosen at checkout.
  • If your cover arrives defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong one, tell us within 2 days of delivery and we will make it right.
  • Return and replacement requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Approved cases get a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

1. Built for your car

Each DriveCult body cover is custom cut to fit one specific make, model and generation. Because it is made to order for your vehicle, it is not a one size fits all product and cannot be resold once cut. Please double check your car make, model, year and Spyro edition before placing the order.

2. Report any issue within 2 days

If something is wrong with your order, please report it within 2 days of delivery. Send us a couple of clear photos or a short video of the issue along with your order number. This quick window lets us raise a claim with our team and courier partner on time.

3. Return and replacement window

Eligible return or replacement requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the issue was reported within the 2 day window above.

4. What we replace or refund

  • Covers that arrive with a manufacturing defect.
  • Covers damaged during shipping.
  • Cases where we shipped the wrong cover or the wrong variant.

In these cases we arrange a free replacement, which is our usual fix, or a full refund if you prefer.

5. What we cannot accept

  • Change of mind after the cover has been made.
  • Wrong make, model, year or variant selected by the customer at checkout.
  • Covers that have been used, washed or fitted on the car.
  • Returns without the original packaging and tags.
  • Damage caused by misuse, wrong installation or normal wear over time.

6. How to raise a request

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 79828 11069 or email support@drivecult.in with your order number and photos of the issue. A real person from the team will take it forward.

7. How we resolve it

Once we receive your request, we verify the issue and, where needed, the returned product. Approved cases are resolved with a replacement first, or a refund if you would rather have your money back.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. All DriveCult orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery, which is part of how we keep prices factory direct.

9. Order cancellations

Need to cancel? If your order has not been dispatched yet, reach out and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
